The site is located in a land lot of 3300 sqmt. in a nice neighbourhood with many other embassies.

The concept of design is to incorporate the iranian traditional meaning of architecture with the climatic features and technological standards of South Africa in pretorial. The building is a massive administrative block surrounding a transparent identical structure and volume of a green inner courtyard, in which all the public spaces are located as well.

The councilar office with more charecteristics is defining an entry to the main courtyard of the embassy, and the administrative block is defining the other side of the main courtyard. The total area of the building is 2500 sqmt.
